Email Marketing

Recently, i've taken the lead on our email marketing, working closely with our graphic design team while driving the creative direction and writing all copy for each email design. Since taking on this role, we've seen a measurable increase in performance, including higher conversion rates and improved click throughs.

Over the summer, I focused on bold, promotional driven emails that resonate strongly with our customers, pairing high impact visuals with clear, compelling offers. Moving into Fall, I began introducing new campaign imagery to refresh our storytelling while still keeping promotions front and centre (striking a balance between brand building and driving immediate sales).
